13. Social Competition - Remote Working Gigabit Hub Terms and Conditions
The competition is open to the residents in the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over, with one entry per person, per competition posting on the website.
Entry for the Gigabit Hub Competition is via our SIRO Facebook page www.siro.ie/gigabit-campaign
To enter the Competition, you must fill out the registration form by the specified closing date for each applicable month.
The competition runs from 28th
May – 14th
June at 12pm.
Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules; or delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted by SIRO for entries delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
There are 6 prizes to be won in total. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries across the www.siro.ie/gigabit-campaign.
A prize consists of: 1 hot desks in a ‘SIRO Powered Hubs’ and a €100 perfectcard
, powered by MasterCard® voucher. Up to 6 prizes will be given away over the course of the Competition.
By entering the competition, the participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; that their name and county of residence may be announced on social media if they win a prize and agree to have their personal details/image/winner sequence used for SIRO promotional purposes if required.
The prize winner is not permitted to advertise the re-sale of this prize in any way including, any online auction, and any such action will result in a forfeiture of the prize.
The winners will be notified by email the day after the competition ends. The winner will be required to contact SIRO by Facebook messenger to arrange confirmation of the prize.
The prize will be posted out to the winners. A valid delivery address must be provided to SIRO via entry form.
If the prize is unclaimed by 21st
June after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner the SIRO will be entitled to reallocate of the prize as it see fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
SIRO reserves the right an any time to alter, amend or foreclose the Competition without any prior notice.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However all entrants must comply with Facebook’s terms and conditions throughout the promotion.
