5.2 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Site, including in the material published on it. Works on our Site are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world and all such rights are reserved to us. Our status (and that of any identified contributors or licensors) as the authors of content on our Site must always be acknowledged.

5.3 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our Site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our Site.

5.4 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

13. Webinar Competition – ‘Unlock Your Business’ Potential with Full Fibre Broadband’.

13.1 Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet one of the following criteria: own a business in the Republic of Ireland, manage a business in the Republic of Ireland, oversee IT systems for a business in the Republic of Ireland. Each eligible individual is allowed one entry only.

Only business premises connectable to the SIRO network with no additional network build required will be eligible. By providing your Eircode in advance, SIRO can confirm eligibility.

13.2 Prize

The prize includes a one-year complimentary subscription to SIRO full-fibre Business broadband service, provided via its retail partner Viatel. Viatel is an Irish based complete digital services provider with over 26 years’ experience delivering fully managed security, networking, cloud, and communications services.

The initial one-year complimentary subscription will be offered at no cost as part of a three-year contractual agreement. There is 1 prize to be won in total. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be drawn at random from all entries. SIRO reserves the right and any time to alter, amend or foreclose the Competition without any prior notice.

13.3 Entry

Entry for the Competition is via attendance at ‘Unlock Your Business’ Potential with Full Fibre Broadband’ webinar. To enter the Competition, you must fill out the registration form via Eventbrite by the 15th May 2024. The competition runs on 16th May 2024 at 9.30am.

By entering the competition, the participants agree: i) to be bound by these terms and conditions; ii) that their name and county of residence may be announced on social media if they win a prize; and iii) agree to have their personal details/image (photo) /winner sequence used for SIRO promotional purposes if required. The prize winner is not permitted to advertise the re-sale of this prize in any way including, any online auction, and any such action will result in a forfeiture of the prize. The winner will be notified by email the day after the competition ends. The winner will be required to contact SIRO via email to arrange confirmation of the prize.

13.4 Distribution of Prize

The winner will receive notification via email and be coordinated with Viatel to arrange the installation of business broadband at their business premise. A valid email address must be provided to SIRO via entry form on Eventbrite. If the prize is unclaimed by 31st May after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, then SIRO will be entitled to reallocate of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Eventbrite. Eventbrite is in no way responsible for any aspect of this promotion. However all entrants must comply with Eventbrite’s terms and conditions throughout the promotion.
