Name the SIRO Fleet Instagram Competition – Terms & Conditions

 

1. The competition is open to Instagram users in the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over, one entry per person.

2. The competition is running from Monday, 27th September 2021 until 23.59 Tuesday, 5th October 2021 on the SIRO Instagram page.

3. Competition details and promotional posts will be posted on the SIRO Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages at www.instagram.com/siroireland, https://www.facebook.com/SIROIreland and www.twitter.com/SIROIreland . Entry is via SIRO’s competition post on the official SIRO Instagram page.

4. To be eligible to win, users need to ‘Name the SIRO fleet’ by commenting their name idea underneath the competition post on SIRO’s Instagram page, following Keane Motors and SIRO Ireland, while also tagging two people.

5. All entrants will be in with a chance to win one €100 One4All Gift Card.

6. No cash alternative is available, and the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

7. Two entrants with the best name for the fleet will be shortlisted by SIRO Limited (“SIRO”) (by an independent adjudicator) from all successful entries. These shortlisted names will then be posted on SIRO’s Instagram stories alongside a poll which will allow SIRO Instagram followers to choose the final winner via vote. The poll will be open for 24 hours.

8. SIRO’s decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into regarding the winning entry. SIRO reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter any Prize or substitute the Prize with cash to the same value for any reason and without notification.

9. The winners will be notified by direct message when competition ends.

10. Delivery of the virtual card is via direct message up to 2 weeks after the competition.

11. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, or entries which are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered, or illegible entries will be disqualified at SIRO’s discretion. SIRO shall not accept responsibility for entries which are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

12. By entering the competition, the participant(s) and Nominee(s) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. SIRO prohibits prize winners from advertising the re-sale of this prize in any manner including, without limitation, any online auction. Such action will result in the cancellation of the relevant Prizes. SIRO reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion of this competition without prior notice.

14. The competition is not open to SIRO’s employees, agents, contractors or sub-contractors or their families. One entry is permitted per person. Entries from agents/third parties are invalid.
