Marketing Senior Executive

SIRO was launched in 2015 as a joint venture between Vodafone and ESB. Our key mission is to build a nationwide 100% fibre broadband network – we commit to changing Ireland’s telecom landscape and delivering the fastest most innovative broadband experience to the Irish consumer.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic business marketing graduate with 2-3 years of working experience within B2B marketing, to join our award-winning marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, good time management and organisational skills, an analytical mindset and aptitude for digital marketing. And a love for all this brand, with an ability to think outside the box.

You will take part in a wide range of exciting marketing initiatives with a major focus on the SIRO Business product, from digital activities (website, social media, email marketing) to offline (brand activation, advertising, and events).

We provide a flexible and autonomous working environment, where you can take charge of planning and executing your daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities: 60/40 split between Residential and Business product

  1. Participate in planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns to support the overall marketing strategy.
  2. Work with third-party providers and agencies to produce marketing content and collaterals.
  3. Assist in conceptualising and developing content for SIRO.ie, as well as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  4. Ongoing content upload and maintenance of SIRO.ie using WordPress CMS.
  5. Ongoing analysis and reporting of digital performance (website, social media, email marketing).
  6. Community Management: monitoring and management of queries on Facebook and Twitter
  7. Liaise with internal departments (such as HR) to produce content for Intranet and internal activities.
  8. Digital marketing activities: take the lead in organic & paid social media campaigns, website optimisation and Google Ads.
  9. Work with the Business Sales team to take the lead in planning and executing 360 campaigns for the SIRO Business products.
  10. Management of an account executive.

Specific job skills:

  • Proficiency in digital media and how they work especially in terms of creatives and optimisation tactics – social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) & Google Ads.
  • Webmasters skills & SEO including Google Analytics & Google Search Console.
  • An eye for design especially for digital – website & social media.
  • Strong data analysis & numerical skills – ability to understand, analyse data & get actional insights (strong knowledge with Excel & Google Data Studio an advantage).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Aptitude for Business marketing.
  • Campaign management & people management
  • Ability to plan, forecast & present campaigns to senior management in order to secure buy-in & funding.
  • Ability to manage people & resources – working with internal teams & agency teams to progress campaign from planning to execution to optimisation & reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor team members.
