HSEQ Administrator

SIRO is a joint venture company, between ESB and Vodafone, building a 100% fibre-to-the-building broadband network with speeds of up to 1000 Mbps, propelling Ireland into the ranks of the world’s fastest broadband countries.

 

Role purpose:

  • Manage all relevant Documentation, track and update accordingly.
  • Work with SIRO ExtraNet System for site access.
  • Maintenance of SharePoint data for build team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of master Trackers & Folders.
  • Document Control & Archiving.
  • Preparation of monthly reports.
  • Interaction & Communication with Contractors & ESB.
  • Arrange meetings and venues on behalf of the Build/HSEQ team and where appropriate attend meetings to take minutes.
  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
  • Work with SIRO ExtraNet System for site access.
  • Manage PPE equipment & stock control.

 

Relationship Management:

  • Interface with different departments to ensure smooth process of outputs from SIRO.
  • Work collaboratively with contractor’s to ensure appointments and work is completed.
  • Working with 3rd parties efficiently and effectively ( Suppliers/Contractors/ESB).

 

Technical / Professional Expertise

Required:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a busy administrative team.
  • Strong MS Office Skills, specifically Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Can quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships.
  • Demonstrated commitment to learning through continuous educational development.

  • Minimum 3rd level Certificate in Occupational Safety, Health & Welfare at Work.
